Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vursell platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

Vursell provides tools to build and operate AI chatbots and sales agents across channels such as web chat, voice, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
  • Collect, store, or process data without a lawful basis or required consents.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Generate content that is harmful, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive.

4. Third-party channels and compliance

When you connect external channels (such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, telephony, or email), you are responsible for complying with each provider's terms and applicable law. In particular, LinkedIn and similar platforms restrict automation; using the Service to automate activity on your own connected accounts is at your own risk and may result in restrictions on those accounts. Vursell is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.

5. Credits, plans, and billing

  • The Service runs on a credit wallet. Actions (such as AI replies and voice minutes) consume credits at the rates shown in your dashboard, which we may adjust with notice.
  • Plans grant a monthly credit allowance and platform features. You can also purchase additional credit top-ups.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Except where required by law, payments and purchased credits are non-refundable. Unused plan credits may expire or be capped as described in the dashboard.
  • If your balance is exhausted, metered features may be paused until you top up or your allowance renews.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it and for how your bots interact with your end users. Vursell does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the conversations your bots generate. You grant Vursell a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to that content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vursell and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vursell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Vursell harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
