Privacy Policy

Vursell ("Vursell", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered chatbot and sales-agent platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the basic profile details those providers share.
  • Content you provide — the knowledge base you upload (documents, website content, FAQs), bot configuration, and messages you send through the dashboard.
  • End-user conversations — messages exchanged between your bots and the people who contact them across web chat, voice, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email, including contact details those people share (name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile).
  • Billing information — your plan, credit balance, and transaction records. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
  • Usage and technical data — log data, IP address, device/browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating AI responses.
  • To process payments, manage your credit balance and plan, and prevent fraud.
  • To provide support and communicate with you about your account.
  • To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers and sub-processors

We share information with trusted third parties only as needed to run the Service. These may include:

  • AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses and transcribe/synthesize voice.
  • Communication providers (e.g. Twilio for telephony, ElevenLabs for voice, Unipile for LinkedIn, Meta for WhatsApp, email providers) to deliver messages on the channels you enable.
  • Payment processor (Safepay) to process payments.
  • Infrastructure and email providers for hosting, storage, and transactional email.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside Pakistan (for example, AI providers based in the United States). By using the Service you acknowledge that your content and end-user conversations may be processed in other countries with different data-protection laws.

5. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Conversation and analytics data are retained according to your plan (typically 30 to 365 days). You may request deletion of your data at any time; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your responsibilities regarding end users

You are the controller of the conversations and contact data your bots collect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, for informing the people who contact your bots, and for honouring their privacy rights. Vursell acts as a processor on your behalf for that data.

8. Your choices and rights

You can access and update your account information in the dashboard, export or delete your data, and close your account. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
